IMMI is offering the RollTek Rewards program, free of charge, to all medium and heavy-duty truck dealerships in North America. All dealer sales staff are eligible to earn rewards in the RollTek Rewards program when delivering trucks equipped with a driver and / or passenger side RollTek side roll protection system. Program Dates
New Class 8 trucks equipped with a RollTek side roll protection system and retail delivered from January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026, are eligible for the RollTek Rewards program. All sales verifications must be submitted to program headquarters no later than January 31, 2027. IMMI may choose to continue or cancel this program at any time, with or without prior notice.
Earning Opportunities
For each driver and / or passenger seat RollTek side roll protection system delivered in a new truck, the responsible dealer salesperson will be eligible to receive $50 for a “Conquest” account. There is no limit to how much you can earn.
Sales managers are also eligible to participate in the program and can receive an incentive of $25 for an approved “Conquest” or $10 for a recognized “Retention” account.
RollTek Rewards
To claim qualified rewards, the dealer salesperson must upload completed submission form with a factory invoice or line set ticket to Program Headquarters using the RollTekRewards.com website. Dealer salesperson may also email the completed submission form with a factory invoice or line set ticket to tbaakko@imminet.com. The factory invoice or line set ticket must contain the complete VIN number and product detail. Complete documentation is required to verify delivery of the vehicle with RollTek.
Verification of the retail delivery and truck(s) built with RollTek will be based on the claim submitted by the dealer sales representative responsible; the sales manager will not be required to submit a claim separately, but a dealer sales representative claim is required but will require an acknowledging signature on the submitted form.
The dealer sales manager claims will not be processed without the acknowledging signature.
Definitions
“RollTek Conquest Account”:
An end user, their parent, subsidiary, or affiliated companies that do not own or lease – at the time of placing a factory order through a dealer – an IMMI RollTek equipped truck. This “RollTek Conquest Account” designation will continue in effect for 1 calendar year from the date of the first factory order submission.
“RollTek Retention Account”:
An end user, their parent, subsidiary, or affiliated companies that owns or leases at the time of placing a factory order through a dealer an IMMI RollTek equipped truck or is over 1 calendar year from the time of order as a “RollTek Retention Account”. This “RollTek Retention Account” designation will continue in effect for 5 calendar years from the date of the last factory order submission.
Determination of the status of the account being “Conquest” or “Retention” is at the sole discretion of IMMI; clarification of the status of the end user can be determined at the time of quoting, ordering or submitting a claim, by emailing Tim Baakko at tbaakko@imminet.com and providing the end user’s name and address.
Program Participants / Eligibility
All verified dealer salespersons are encouraged to participate in the RollTek Rewards Program. RollTek Rewards are issued via a check, payable to the authorized claimant.
Program Headquarters
Program Headquarters manages the processing of reward claim submissions, verification and tabulation of RollTek Rewards and the distribution of the RollTek Rewards checks. Upload completed submission forms to Program Headquarters via the RollTekRewards.com website or email them to tbaakko@imminet.com.

Provisions
IMMI reserves the right to verify sales of RollTek in qualifying truck orders. IMMI also reserves the right to cancel, amend or revoke the dealer loyalty program in whole or in part at any time, with or without notice.
This program cannot be combined with any other program or incentives offered by IMMI unless specifically agreed to in writing.
Award Eligibility
To qualify for RollTek Rewards, participants must be employed at the dealership responsible for the sale of the truck equipped with RollTek at the time of awards distribution.
Legal Responsibilities
The program rules shall serve as a contract between the participant and IMMI. IMMI has no obligation to substitute cash or other consideration in lieu of specific awards and/or recognition. Rewards will not be paid to participants until the reported retail delivery and participants’ employment at the dealership are verified.
IMMI reserves the right to alter or cancel any part or this entire program. All decisions and rulings made by IMMI shall be final. All individuals participating in this program agree to abide by these decisions.
Tax Responsibility
All rewards accepted under this program are considered additional income to the recipient for tax purposes. IMMI is not responsible for any such taxes and will file 1099 forms on recipients where necessary. All applicable federal, state, and local income taxes are the sole responsibility of the individual earning the rewards.
