IMMI® is offering the RollTek Rewards program, free of charge, to all medium and heavy-duty truck dealerships in North America. All dealer sales staff are eligible to earn rewards in the RollTek Rewards program when delivering trucks that are equipped with a driver-side RollTek side roll protection system. Earning Opportunities
For each driver seat RollTek side roll protection system delivered in a new truck, the responsible dealer salesperson will be eligible to receive $50. There is no limit to how much you can earn.
Sales managers are also eligible to participate in the program and can receive an incentive of $25 for an approved “Conquest” account or $10 for a recognized “Retention” account.
Program Dates
New Class 8 trucks that are equipped with a driver-side RollTek side roll protection system and retail delivered from January 1, 2022, through December 31, 2022, are eligible for the RollTek Rewards program. All sales verifications must be submitted to program headquarters no later than January 31, 2023. IMMI may choose to continue or cancel this program at any time, with or without prior notice.
RollTek Rewards
The dealer salesperson responsible for the sale will be eligible to receive $50 for each verified delivery of a qualifying truck sold with the RollTek side roll protection system. To claim qualified rewards, the dealer salesperson must upload a completed submission form along with a factory invoice or line set ticket to Program Headquarters using the RollTekRewards.com website. Dealer salesperson may also fax the completed submission form along with a factory invoice or line set ticket to Program Headquarters at 877-295-4345. The factory invoice or line set ticket must contain the complete VIN number and product information. Complete documentation is required to verify the delivery of the vehicle with RollTek.
The dealer sales manager responsible for the sale will be eligible to receive $25 for each verified “RollTek Conquest Account” delivery and $10 for each “RollTek Retention Account” delivery of a qualifying truck sold with the RollTek side roll protection system.
Verification of the retail delivery and truck(s) built with RollTek will be based on the claim submitted by the responsible dealer sales representative; the sales manager will not be required to submit a claim separately but a dealer sales representative claim is required but will require an acknowledging signature on the submitted form.
The dealer sales manager claim will not be processed without the acknowledging signature.
Definitions
“RollTek Conquest Account”
- An end user, their parent, subsidiary or affiliated companies that does not own or lease at the time of placing a factory order through a dealer an IMMI RollTek equipped truck.
- This “RollTek Conquest Account” designation will continue in effect for 1 calendar year from the date of the first factory order submission.
“RollTek Retention Account”
- An end user, their parent, subsidiary or affiliated companies that owns or leases at the time of placing a factory order through a dealer an IMMI RollTek equipped truck or is over 1 calendar year from the time of order as a “RollTek Conquest Account”.
- This “RollTek Retention Account” designation will continue in effect for 5 calendar years from the date of the last factory order submission.
Determination of the status of the account being “Conquest” or “Retention” is at the sole discretion of IMMI; clarification of the status of the end-user can be determined at the time of quoting, ordering, or submitting a claim, by emailing Steve Lovelady at slovelady@imminet.com and providing the end user’s name and address.
Program Participants / Eligibility
All verified dealer salespersons are encouraged to participate in the RollTek Rewards Program.
RollTek Rewards are issued via a check, payable to the authorized claimant, or if requested via automatic deposit in an account identified to RollTek Rewards Headquarters.
Program Headquarters
Program Headquarters handles the processing of reward claim submissions, verification and tabulation of RollTek Rewards and the distribution of the RollTek Rewards prepaid cards. Upload completed submission forms to Program Headquarters via the RollTekRewards.com website or fax them to Program Headquarters at 734-207-7996. Provisions
IMMI reserves the right to verify sales of RollTek in qualifying truck orders. IMMI also reserves the right to cancel, amend or revoke the dealer loyalty program in whole or in part at any time, with or without notice.
This program cannot be combined with any other program or incentives offered by IMMI unless specifically agreed to in writing.
Award Eligibility
In order to qualify for RollTek Rewards, participants must be employed at the dealership responsible for the sale of the truck that is equipped with RollTek at the time of awards distribution.
Legal Responsibilities
The program rules shall be considered a contract between the participant and IMMI. IMMI has no obligation to substitute cash or other consideration in lieu of specific awards and/or recognition. Rewards will not be paid to participants until the reported retail delivery and participants’ employment at the dealership is verified.
IMMI reserves the right to alter or cancel any part or this entire program. All decisions and rulings made by IMMI shall be final. All individuals participating in this program agree to abide by these decisions.
Tax Responsibility
All rewards accepted under this program are considered additional income to the recipient for tax purposes. IMMI is not responsible for any such taxes and will file 1099 forms on recipients where necessary. All applicable federal, state, and local income taxes are the sole responsibility of the individual earning the rewards.
