Eligibility

1. Who can be involved in RollTek Rewards?

All verified dealer salespersons and sales managers are encouraged to participate in the RollTek Rewards program. In order to qualify for RollTek Rewards, participants must be employed at the dealership responsible for the delivery of the truck equipped with RollTek at the time of awards distribution.

2. Is there a cost to being involved in RollTek Rewards?

IMMI is offering the RollTek Rewards program, free of charge, to all Class 8 truck dealerships in North America. All dealer sales staff is eligible to earn awards in the RollTek Rewards program when delivering trucks equipped with a driver side RollTek system.

3. What are the dates the program is effective?

New Class 8 trucks equipped with a driver side RollTek system and delivered from Jan. 1, 2019, through Dec. 31, 2019, are eligible for the RollTek Rewards program. All sales verifications must be submitted to program headquarters no later than January 31, 2020.

Benefits

1. How much can I earn?

For each driver seat RollTek side roll protection system delivered in a new truck, the responsible dealer salesperson will be eligible to receive $50. There is no limit to how much you can earn.

Sales managers are also eligible to participate in the program and can receive an incentive of $25 for an approved “Conquest” account or $10 for a recognized “Retention” account.

2. How do I spend RollTek Rewards dollars?

RollTek Rewards are issued on a Visa® prepaid Card, which may be used at over 28 million locations worldwide, wherever Visa debit cards are accepted.

3. How does currency conversion work?

All RollTek Rewards issued on Visa prepaid cards will be issued in U.S. funds. Any currency conversion will take place when purchases are made with the Visa prepaid card. For information regarding account balances, please call Program Headquarters at 877-295-4344.

4. How do I claim my RollTek Rewards?

To claim qualified rewards, the dealer salesperson must submit a completed submission form along with a factory invoice or line set ticket to Program Headquarters. The factory invoice or line set ticket must contain the complete VIN number and product information. Complete documentation is required in order to verify delivery of the vehicle with RollTek.

1. Who manages administration of RollTek Rewards?

RollTek Rewards Program Headquarters handles the processing of reward claim submissions, verification and tabulation of RollTek Rewards and the distribution of the RollTek Rewards prepaid cards. 2. Who do I contact with questions about RollTek?

3. Am I taxed on my RollTek Rewards?

All rewards accepted under this program are considered additional income to the recipient for tax purposes. IMMI is not responsible for any such taxes and will file 1099 forms on recipients where necessary. All applicable federal, state and local income taxes are the sole responsibility of the individual earning the rewards.
